Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our house/apartment cleaning services. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with [Your Company Name] ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") and outline the rights and obligations of both the client ("Client," "You," or "Your") and the Company. By booking our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Service Agreement
    1.1. The Client agrees to hire the Company to provide house/apartment cleaning services as specified in the booking.
    1.2. The Client is responsible for providing accurate information about the property to be cleaned, including its size, condition, and specific cleaning requirements.
     

  2. Booking and Payments
    2.1. Booking: The Client shall book our services through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service representatives.
    2.2. Payment: The Client agrees to pay for the services in full according to the pricing and payment terms specified during the booking process.
    2.3. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic funds transfer. Payment details will be securely processed.
     

  3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
    3.1. Cancellation: If the Client needs to cancel a scheduled appointment, it must be done with at least 12 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
    3.2. Rescheduling: The Client may reschedule an appointment, subject to availability, at least 12 hours before the original appointment time.
    3.3. Cancellation Fee: If the Client cancels an appointment without the required notice, a cancellation fee may be charged.
     

  4. Access and Security
    4.1. The Client shall provide the cleaning team with safe and unhindered access to the property.
    4.2. The Client is responsible for the security of their belongings during the cleaning service. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to the Client's property.
     

  5. Quality Guarantee
    5.1. We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services. If the Client is not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completion of the service, and we will address any issues at no additional cost.
     

  6. Liability
    6.1. The Company is insured and takes precautions to ensure the safety of its staff. However, the Client is responsible for maintaining a safe environment during the cleaning service.
    6.2. The Company is not liable for damage to pre-existing defects, items, or structural damage to the property, except in cases of proven negligence by our cleaning team.
     

  7. Termination
    7.1. The Client or the Company may terminate the service agreement at any time for any reason, subject to any previously agreed-upon service commitments.
     

  8. Privacy
    8.1. The Company respects the Client's privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
     

  9. Governing Law
    9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
     

  10. Amendments
    10.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
     

  11. By using our cleaning services, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before booking our services.
